Who we are

The data controller is Vasilis Georgiou trading as World of Growth, based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. You can contact me at vas@worldofgrowth.co.uk or on 07377 670793.

What information we use

Business contact details such as business name, address, phone number, email address and website, and the name of a contact at the business where it is published. We collect these from public sources: Google, Companies House and businesses’ own websites.

This website itself does not use cookies, tracking or analytics, and has no forms.

Why we use it

To contact businesses about our services. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: it is reasonable for a local business to be told about a relevant service, and we keep it to business contact details and a small number of messages.

Opting out

You can opt out at any time by replying “stop” to any message or by emailing vas@worldofgrowth.co.uk. We will stop contacting you and keep your details on a do-not-contact list, only so that we don’t contact you again.

How long we keep it

If we get no response, we delete your details after 12 months. Details on the do-not-contact list are kept for as long as needed to respect your request.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your details with anyone else for marketing.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
• ask us to correct or delete it
• object to us using it, including for direct marketing
• ask us to restrict how we use it

Complaints

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
